This Privacy Policy covers how we (CUNNINGO) collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information when you use the Loca Studio app and website, or when you contact us.
What personal information we collect
We collect personal information in the following occasions:
- When you use the Loca Studio Pro for Teams feature to sign in, join or manage a team.
- When you use the built-in app function to report an issue or suggest an improvement, and then send the generated report to us by email.
We collect the following personal and non-personal information:
- Contact details: email address and name
- Operating system and application versions, hardware information
- If you opt-in to include them in a report: your data files and/or a screenshot
We may also collect and process information, including your name, email and phone number when you:
- Voluntarily contact us or complete a customer survey
How we use your personal information
In Loca Studio Pro for Teams, we display your email address and name to your team's administrators, so that they can identify and contact team members.
When you report an issue, we use the information to solve the reported issue and improve our product. We use your contact details to communicate back to you when we have resolved the reported issue or improved our product according to your suggestions.
We use your contact details to send you occassional important service related communications, for example notices of updates to our Terms of Use, or security-related notices.
If you have expressed explicit consent, we use your contact details to send you other notices regarding our products or services.
How, and for how long, do we store your data?
When your data is stored by us, we use computer systems with limited access. Only authorized personnel can access your data.
In Loca Studio Pro for Teams, we store the data until you choose to terminate your account.
For issue reports and other correspondance, we store your data as long as we need to resolve the reported issue or inquiry. Once this period has expired, we delete your data. If you have expressed explicit consent, we keep storing your contact details.
Access to Collected Information
You can contact us to ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date. Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of your data, stop processing your data or delete the data we hold. See the Contact Us section below. We may decline to process requests when not required by local law.
You have the right to complain to a European Economic Area (EEA) Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your personal information. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.
Third-Party Disclosure
When you use Loca Studio Pro for Teams, we share the categories of personal information listed above with our service provider (Amazon Web Services, Inc.) for data storage and hosting, data processing, and for delivering emails.
We do not sell, trade or disclose any personal or non-personal information to other third parties - unless necessary by request from law enforcement or other public authorities.
Cookies
We do not use any cookies on the website.
How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals
CUNNINGO does not track its customers over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

We may have links to third parties in our app or on our website. These third parties have separate and independent privacy policies.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to the provided services. The latest version of the Privacy Policy is always accessible from the Privacy Policy link on this website and on the macOS App Store page. You should review it regularly - we will not post notice of modifications anywhere else.
